4 Trends from AW17 to wear now

In the week of London Fashion Week Mens, we're taking a look at the trends we saw and the ones that you can rock now - because who wants to wait a whole year?

1. The roll neck

Hardly revolutionary but the humble roll neck was reinvented for AW17, with everything from the classic at Oliver Spencer to massively oversized at JW Anderson, they were the hot ticket at all the shows. We'll be wearing ours layered with chunky scarves and wool pea coats.

2. pyjama style dressing

A trend more favoured by the ladies than us gents, however this season, it's all about rolling out of bed and into the street...assuming that you sleep in super chic printed Valentino pyjamas. Look for tailored shirts with nightwear details like contrast piping.

3. green envy

Take note from Oliver Spencer and rock the colour of the season a bit earlier - wear a standout piece such as the Reiss suede jacket or wear tonal hues of olive green to give your look a more editorial appeal. Contrast textures to tick more seasonal styling tips off the list.

4. tuck it in

More of an easy styling tip than a trend, the look next season will be to tuck everything in. Don't stop at t-shirts, look to the runway to see jumpers and hoodies tucked in too. Think Vetements for inspiration on your hooded looks.
